- How fast do attendees get their headshots?
- Same day. Portraits arrive privately through our own secure platform while the event is still going.
- How do guests sign up?
- Signup links before the show, QR codes on the floor, scheduled appointment times, or a simple walk-up queue. Mix them however suits the room.
- Do you collect attendee data?
- Privacy is the default, not a setting. We collect only what's needed to deliver the portrait, through software we built ourselves. Lead capture for the host is opt-in, and guest data is never sold, shared, brokered, or used to train AI.
- Is retouching included?
- Retouching is an optional add-on, done by hand. It can be included by the host, paid per image by the guest, or a mix of both.
